On 30/6/2022 8:30pm - 9:00pm the sales assistant that helped me and my husband was friendly and very helpful. He helped us purchase two suits even when the store was very busy and was working alone he tried his best to give us the best customer service. I just want want to say well done to him and will definitely be shopping here again.

The Oxford Store Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items and prices when my girlfriend and I were shopping. She bought some fabulous boots. Afterwards, I rang the store to check a dress code and purchased it online. The best of both worlds! Great CX! 😊 …

Wow have to say I have had the most exceptional customer service from Broadway store. Nancy was so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable in helping my son buy a suit. Made the shop a really enjoyable experience. Even let me recharge my mobile which was super helpful as can't really shop now without checking in/Vac cert etc.

I had an excellent experience at Oxford! The store had a great selection of formal wear, and the sales executive, a young lady, was incredibly helpful. She made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Shopped with them for the first time today got the best fitted shoe and tshirt. The guy working there was a genuine legend! He let me know all the offers and everything before I bought anything. Definitely going back to use my 30$ voucher the next time.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. It just happened that I walked past the store and saw this beautiful men’s classic pin stripe suit in the display window, beautifully made and bought it for my sons uni graduation in October. It fits like a glove very dapper. My husband used to shop at Oxford in his 20’s and 30’s the quality of garments are still as excellent as they were back then.

Absolutely Fabulous Experience at Broadway Oxford – Thanks to Jessica! I visited Broadway Oxford today to buy two suits for my 16-year-old son—one for his formal and one for a job interview—and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Jessica, who was simply unbelievable. From the moment we walked in, Jessica was kind, engaged, and clearly passionate about her work. Neither my son nor I had ever bought suits before, and she guided us through the entire process with warmth and expertise. She never stopped—from start to finish, she made sure everything was perfect. Jessica helped my son try on different styles, offered thoughtful advice, and got the fit absolutely spot-on. She even took the time to show him how to hang his suit properly and explained how to use the suit carrier. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience feel special. And the suits? Beautiful. We got a navy and a black suit—both for just $599. I was sure there’d be a catch, but nope, they were part of the special. Incredible value for such quality. My son left the store happy and confident, which is no small feat for a 16-year-old shopping for formalwear. Jessica deserves all the gold stars—she was truly incredible.
